Lo-Flow Peristaltic Pump

Characteristics / Appearance

• 2 Header units (with screens)
• Red Tube Nipples
• 4 White clips on each pump
• Small black pump case
• Shell material: glass-filled Polypropylene IP45
• Tube: 6mm BrightChem

Purpose

• Automatically pumps a pre-programmed amount of detergent from the detergent drums into the washing machines 
• Uses a compression wheel to push detergent through the tubes in a clockwise manner 

Maintenance

• Internal compression tube to be replaced every 6 months
• To change tube:
  • Unclip white clips holding tube cover in place
  • Pull tube cover off
  • Unclip tube ends from pump face 
  • Pull tube out of pump face
  • Wipe old silicone grease from pump face
  • Open new silicone grease packet and apply to inside of tube cover, the tube and the rollers within the pump face
  • Feed the new tube back into the pump face and clip in ends
  • Replace tube cover and clip into place
  • Pumps need to be primed every time the detergent tubes are removed and replaced or when a new detergent drum is installed
