Can we accept donations on shift?

What if a member of the public wants to make a donation?

Unfortunately we cannot accept cash donations on shift. If someone approaches you with cash on shift, please politely explain that you are not equipped to accept cash and that we take credit card payments through the 'Donate' page on our website, which can even be done via a smart phone.

If you are uncomfortable with the situation, or you end up in the possession of cash somehow on shift, please call Service Support for advice. 

FYI. All donations are tax deductible and following online donation, a receipt will be sent to the donor immediately.
