How do I access shift report data?

As a Service Leader or Service Coordinator, you can access the data that is collected from the activity reports.

There are 3 ways to access the information you are after and the best method will depend on what information you are looking for.

1. Activity Report (under volunteering) > Then completed reports (Service Leaders will see all reports, Activity Leaders will only see the reports they are Team Leaders on). You can then click to see or edit them.
2. Impact dashboard > Aggregate view -- This will show a summary.
3. Impact dashboard > Detailed view > Select the period > select all report types > filter via activity (shift) if you would like to see more specific information.
