How do I cancel a shift?

Go to the ‘Rosters’ page
On the right hand side of the page you will see the list of upcoming shifts
1. You can filter using the bottom on the top right by date, time and more
Click on the shift you want to cancel, then on the top right hand side you will see a button that says ‘Cancel Activity’
You can then enter details about why you are cancelling, confirm the cancellation with the button on the bottom right of the page.
If you accidently cancel the shift, there is a button on the same roster page to ‘Reactivate’ the shift
