How do I change my availabilities?

If you look at your My Rosters or Availability Centre but are not able to made any changes, this is probably because you have already inputted your availability for the shifts you can see, or they have published rosters. If you want to edit or set availabilities for dates in the future this is the best way to to set them moving forward.

1. Go to the Activities or My Elements page.
2. Then click on the My Rosters tab at the top of the page
3. Click the Calendar function to have a monthly view pop up.

4. Search through the months until you reach a yellow dot, signifying that this activity that you are on the team for, has not been marked as available or rostered for you.

5. If you then click on that date and visit the button on the top right of the activity card.

6. You can then follow the steps from “How to set my availability for shift?” tab above to complete this action.
