How do I check and edit shift reports?

As a Service Leader, you will be able to review and edit submitted reports. You can do this 1 of 2 ways.

Access through Activity Report:

  1. Visit Activity Report on the side menu
  2. To find the report you are after you can browse the incomplete, completed and omitted report sections or use the filters
  3. Once you have clicked on a report you can either complete it, which is outlined in the question above, or view and edit a report already completed
  4. You will be able to see who completed the report and when, as well as the inputted information
  5. If you would like to change this information you can click Edit Report and change what you like
  6. Please then click Save Report to finalize the changes you have made


Access through the History tab in Rosters:

  1. Visit Rosters page on the side menu
  2. Click the History tab in the top right hand corner
  3. Browse to find the activity you are after, you can use the filters function to help you 
  4. You will be able to see who completed the report and when, as well as the inputted information once you click the report 
  5. If you would like to change this information you can click Edit Report and change what you like
  6. Please then click Save Report to finalize the changes you have made
