As a Service Leader, you will be able to review and edit submitted reports. You can do this 1 of 2 ways.
Access through Activity Report:
- Visit Activity Report on the side menu
- To find the report you are after you can browse the incomplete, completed and omitted report sections or use the filters
- Once you have clicked on a report you can either complete it, which is outlined in the question above, or view and edit a report already completed
- You will be able to see who completed the report and when, as well as the inputted information
- If you would like to change this information you can click Edit Report and change what you like
- Please then click Save Report to finalize the changes you have made
Access through the History tab in Rosters:
- Visit Rosters page on the side menu
- Click the History tab in the top right hand corner
- Browse to find the activity you are after, you can use the filters function to help you
- You will be able to see who completed the report and when, as well as the inputted information once you click the report
- If you would like to change this information you can click Edit Report and change what you like
- Please then click Save Report to finalize the changes you have made
