If my availabilities change for shifts, what can I do?

Please note that if your availability has changed but the roster has already been published (the shift is in green), you will have to reach out to your team leader directly for them to let them know you cannot make it and they will make the necessary changes. 

  1. Under the My Elements page, you will see a tab called My Activities (This will show the shifts you are on the team for).
  2. There is colour coding indicating the current status of your availability;
    1. Unavailable - You’ve said you won’t be able to make it
    2. Available - You’ve told your team leader you can come
    3. Rostered - The team leader has rostered you on the shift already
    4. No indication - You haven’t confirmed your availability yet
    5. Cancelled - The shift has unfortunately been cancelled
  3. Next to the shift name, you will see a button with labelled with your current status for that shift - click on this to open a dropdown menu
    1. If you originally said you were unavailable then you can now click available
    2. If you originally said you were available, you can then ‘update availabilities’ - From here tick if you can drive, attend shift or both! and hit done!
