This article is for Service Leaders, Service Coordinators, Asset Leaders and Assistant Asset Leaders.


As a volunteer leader it is part of your role to provide support and assist with the resolution of incidents.

  1. When an incident report is submitted in MyOS a task will be created in Asana for HQ to support in triaging. Relevant volunteer leaders will be added to the Asana task immediately so you and your teams can stay informed. 
  2. All incidents submitted are triaged by HQ. If HQ requires your assistance in resolving the incident you will;
    1.      be assigned the incident task in Asana or;
    2. be added as a collaborator to the task in Asana.

      A member of the HQ team will provide assistance and/or direction as required to help resolve the incident. Please take the required action ASAP or advise if you are not in a position to assist so that HQ can pursue another course of action. A quicker response time will be required for incidents with a higher severity. The goal is to work together to resolve the incident as soon practicable.
