Leader leave form

The leader leave form should be submitted whenever a leader is taking time off from their Orange Sky position. The form needs to be completed by the following volunteer positions:

• Service Leader
• Service Coordinator
• Community Engagement Coordinator
• Community Impact Coordinator
• Volunteer Community Coordinator
• Vehicle Leader
• Assistant Vehicle Leader
• Asset Leader

If you are not in one of the above positions you do not need to complete a leave form. You should mark yourself as unavailable in Volaby for any shift dates you are unable to attend.
