Maintenance - Dryer Duct Clean

Summary

All assets containing dryers, excluding RV's due to the vertical drop, are required to clean dryer ducts every 6 months to reduce build up of lint.

Dryer Duct Task

Prompt A task will be created within 'Vehicle Maintenance' outlining the dryer ducts to be cleaned every 6 months.

1) Read the document attached here about completing this work. Note the use of tools and PPE required to complete this work.

2) VL to follow the guide below to complete the task.

3) To the best of your knowledge follow the form linked below to fill the information. Most important information is the job that was done, in this case 'Dryer Duct Service', the asset that was done, eg 'LP02', and the date the work was completed.

4) The task can be now be completed on the 'Vehicle Maintenance' board. If there is a mistake in the log or you require help completing the task, move move the task to 'Monitoring/Notes' on the 'Vehicle Maintenance' board.
