Push the door closed and hold it firmly in place.

While holding the door closed, use your other hand to press the ‘start’button and continue to hold the door closed.

If successful, the door lock button below the washer display will illuminate and the cycle will begin.

If unsuccessful the first time, repeat this method three times. If door still won't lock after 3 attempts submit an incident report.
