Article Summary

We take safety very seriously at Orange Sky, and incident forms are provided as a quick and easy way for all of our volunteers and staff to report incidents and issues.

We always want to know if an incident has occurred - no matter how far in the past. All incidents and issues reported to us are appreciated no matter how big or small.

Your experiences on shift can be complicated - you may experience something on shift and not consider it an incident until you've had time to process and reflect.

If you're not sure, always pop an incident report in. If its something that has made you stop and think, then we want to hear about it- If it's important to you, then it's important to us as well!
