The Dryer Won't Turn On

Summary

If a dryer is not receiving power but the rest of the machines are working, follow the instructions below:

1. Check the breaker switches to ensure that all switches are in the 'UP' position.

Breaker Switches are found in the following locations:

Laundry Van: Inside the box on the wall next to dryer 1.

Hybrid Van: Inside the box on the wall next to dryer 1.

Remote Van: Inside the rear generator door on, inside the box on the right hand side.

2. If a breaker switch is in the 'DOWN' position, switch it to the 'UP' position.

3. Ensure that the dryer powerpoint is turned ON and looks to be properly plugged in.

4. If the breaker switch is in the 'UP' position and the dryer still doesn't turn on, an electrician will be required to inspect the breaker switches as well as the powerpoint.
