What happens with the incident reports when they get to HQ?
We take safety very seriously at Orange Sky.
Incident forms are provided as a quick and easy way for all of our volunteers and staff to report incidents and issues. Our green/amber/red incident classification allows your local leadership team and Orange Sky HQ to review and respond to the incident with approprate urgency.
The Operations team will work with the Service Leader to devise a plan to either respond to the incident and/or put in place control measures to reduce the chance of the incident recurring in the future.
If the incident requires further investigation, the volunteers involved will be contacted for further information- however, we do not routinely reply to the volunteer submitting the incident report.
Feedback will be provided by your Service Leader.
