Who pays for speeding fines or other traffic offenses?

As per the volunteer driver agreement, volunteers are responsible for any fines and subject to demerit points they incur whilst operating any Orange Sky vehicle. Volunteers must at all times follow traffic laws. 

Any infringements incurred due to neglect by Orange Sky, or due to a direction given by Orange Sky, will not be the responsibility of a volunteer.
