How do I report an incident?

When an incident occurs that could result in harm to any member of the Orange Sky family, the environment, or damage to our assets, it is crucial that an incident report is completed as soon as possible. We always want to know if an incident has occurred - no matter how big or small. By reporting it as close to the occurrence as possible, means we are able to take action to reduce any further risks to other volunteers or friends. 

The first step when an incident occurs and when it is safe to do so is to call Service Support for further advice and support. We then ask that you fill out and submit an incident report. The information in the incident report is shared with the volunteer management team for your local area as well as the operations team at HQ.
