What do we do if a friend doesn’t come back for their laundry before shift ends?

We are unable to store excess belongings in the van.

If you have reached the end of shift and a friend has not returned in time to collect their laundry, leave them with our service provider partner. All service providers are asked to agree to this at the beginning of our relationship with them.

If your service provider has packed up or you partner with another Orange Sky van please call Service Support for advice.
