What to do when you need more volunteers on your team

If you find you are having to cancel shifts due to insufficient volunteers or you are frequently reaching out to other teams to assist it is a good idea to put in a request for additional volunteers. You can do this by notifying your Service Leader or Service Coordinator. They will make your shift a priority for recruitment.
