Step 1: Identify the issue | |||
If no, | Then | ||
Is the detergent drum above ¼ full? | |||
Are the detergent pump power cords plugged in and switched on? | Plug detergent pump power cords. Pumps will turn on automatically when connected to power. | ||
Are the detergent tubes free from air bubbles? | |||
Is the electrical system switched on? | Press the power icon on the display once to turn on the electrical system. | ||
When you start an empty wash cycle, can you see suds? | |||
Do you have equipment to manually dose? | Proceed to Step 2 | ||
Step 2: Communicate next steps to volunteer | |||
