Can we add stain removers to the washing machines?

There is no need to add anything to our washing machines.

All of our vans have self dosing laundry detergent pumps which automatically dose each load - how awesome is that!

Please do not pre-treat clothes or add any additional detergent/fabric softener/stain remover to the machines. All our as by default, each wash receives a double dose. Additional laundry substances can negatively react with the sanitiser component of the detergent, and can lead to the clogging and damage of the washing machine.

Below is an example of what happened on shift when clothing was sprayed with additional detergent/pre-stain remover before the wash.
