I'm not sure whether to complete an incident form or not

We take safety very seriously at Orange Sky.

Most importantly, if you're ever in doubt about reporting an incident, we highly encourage you to submit an incident form. Before submitting an incident form you should also call Service Support as they will be able to provide support in resolving the issue or incident. Incident forms are provided as a quick and easy way for all of our volunteers and staff to report incidents and issues. Once received, the information is reviewed by a member of the Operations Team and a plan of action is commenced.

All incidents and issues reported to us are appreciated, no matter how big or small. One of our core values is to continuously improve - so if you're not sure, please pop an incident form in! If it's something that has made you stop and think then, we want to hear about it.

Please look out for yourself and each other when on shift, and remember VESP is available to support all staff and volunteers. This service is free and confidential.
