Replacing Clean & Waste Tank Gauge Tubes

The following article provides an overview on how to replace the tank gauge tubes. The purpose of the tube is indicate the level of either the clean or waste water in the tank. 

Where to locate the level tubes

Laundry Van

At the rear of the van you will see the level tubes. One on the left one on the right. 

Hybrid Van

You can see the level tubes on the black tanks. Located near the detergent pumps. 

How to replace

1. Contact HQ and and request new tubes for either a Hybrid Van or Laundry Van (Different van have different tube sizes)
   
2. Loosen the hose clamps at either end of the tube. 
   
3. Remove the tube from the fittings on the tank - in some cases the tube may need to be cut if it is difficult to remove. 
4. Remove the hose clamps from the old level tube.
5. Check the length of the new replacement tube is correct. 
6. Slide the hose clamps onto the new hose and fit the hose to the tank.
7. Tighten the hose clamp.
