When to use

This method of tank filling a laundry van clean water tank should only be used when there is an active issue with either the clean water reel, water pump or hose itself.

Prior to completing work, please ensure the person(s) completing work feel comfortable and safe to commence work. 

INSTRUCTIONS

• Tap key
• Tap adapter hose

Connect one end of the adapter hose to the clean water tank. Connect the other end to the hose you will use to fill the tank.

Connect the hose to the tap and turn on the tap using the tap key (if required - pictured).

Use the sight gauge on the clean tank to determine when to stop filling the tank.

If water is visible under the van (overflow) stop filling the tank.

Once the tank is full, turn off the tap and disconnect all hose fittings.

Lodge an incident report and detail that there is an issue with filling the clean water tank if the issue has not yet been reported.
