Prior to completing work, please ensure the person(s) completing work feel comfortable and safe to commence work. 

INSTRUCTIONS

Error IE - Inlet error 

Possible Cause:

  • No water or limited water to washing machine

If using water from a tap, confirm that the tap is on, not kinked and pressure can be felt in the hose.

If using water from the tank, check there is sufficient water in the clean water tank and the tap icon is green on the Control panel.


Error OE - Outlet error

Possible Cause:

  • Water is not draining from the washing machine.

Attempt to resume a cycle by pressing 'start' on the washing machine. If the cycle is unable to be resumed, perform a kill cycle. To kill the cycle, hold down the start button for 3 secs until you hear a ding.  

If the cycle is almost finished perform a spin cycle. 


Error dE - Door error & Error LE - Lock Error

Possible Cause:

  • Door lock is broken or the washer rubber seal is warped and making it difficult for the electronic door lock to work consistently

Firmly push and hold the washer door closed whilst pressing the ‘start’ button on the washer.


Error UE - Unbalanced Error

Possible Cause:

  • Heavy loads such as bedding and sleeping bags cause the washer drum to become unbalanced while spinning

Open the door, spread out items, close the door and press start.

If error persists, remove some of the items and wash other items in the next cycle.


Error SUD - Excessive detergent foam (suds)

Possible Cause:

  • Too much frothed detergent in the washer. Often a result of multiple killed or interrupted cycles

  • Usually occurs with ~15mins remaining on cycle

Press ‘start’ to resume the cycle, the detergent will become less frothy with time


Error FE - Water overflow error

Possible Cause:

  • Internal blockage in water system

Kill the cycle if possible and restart the load.
