Summary
If the dryer drum isn't spinning while a cycle is underway, it is likely that either the drive belt has slipped off the drum or that the motor has failed. If this occurs whilst on shift, submit an incident report so that member of HQ can book a Richard Jay Technician to repair the dryer. Unfortunately there is no short-term solution for this issue.
