Who can I call for support while on shift?

Service Support is a single point of contact for all volunteers to access around shift related matters. Our Service Support line is staffed from Monday to Sunday - 6am to 9pm (AEST).  During these hours, someone from the HQ team will be available to chat to for all shift related matters by calling 0488 851 113 for Australian volunteers or 0800 002 122for New Zealand volunteers. 

Outside of shift operating hours, or for non urgent matters, you can use the Service Support number to send a text or leave a voicemail.
