Thank you for your feedback
There are lots of people at Orange Sky who you can talk to when you've had a difficult shift.
There might be another volunteer on your shift who you feel comfortable talking to, or you can contact your team leader or service leader who are always there to support you.
If you'd like to speak to someone at HQ you can contact the operations team through the HQ number or Service Support, or for more confidential and private matters you can ask for a more senior staff member to assist you.
Finally, don't forget about the volunteer employee support program (VESP) - all conversations are private & confidential, and represent a fantastic free support for all Orange Sky volunteers and staff.
