[New Volunteer Name] has been added onto your [Shift Name] team as a [GV or Driver or volunteer]. As the Team Leader of this shift, please make contact with this new volunteer to arrange a trial shift as soon as possible. 

To find contact details for the new volunteer, please check the rosters page in Volaby. You can view the volunteer's contact details by clicking on their name. You can use this Welcome to Shift Email Template when emailing your new volunteer, which covers off everything that a new volunteer needs to know for their first Orange Sky shift. 

For instructions on how to add the volunteer to your WhatsApp group click here.

Please use the First Shift Checklist and Second Shift Checklist when training your new volunteer to ensure they learn about shift operations from start to finish.
