Service Support Landing Page
The Service Support Landing page provides resources to troubleshoot and perform quick fixes on shift. All actions in the troubleshooting and shift instruction guides can be completed by a General Volunteer if they feel comfortable doing so.
The Service Support number is for on shift support that relates to an issue with an asset (van/pod) or a people related incident. This number is to be used for critical/urgent support to ensure a shift can continue running.
