Troubleshooting Guide (TG)
SAFETY CALLOUTS Consider the below callouts when guiding a volunteer through the instructions |

- No water in showers
- No sound to pump
- Tank is not filling
- Tank is filling when not selected
- Water overflowing from van
- Washing machine IE (Inlet error)

Step 1: Identify the issue |
Are you using mains tap water? If yes, |

Is the tap turned on? | Turn on the tap |
Is the clean hose kinked/squashed? | Fix kink or remove object squashing hose SIG: Unkink a hose |
Is the hose fully extended? | Fully extend hose SIG: Unkink a hose |
Can the shift be run on tanks? | Press the tap icon once to activate the pump. |
Is the van overflowing with water? | Press the tap icon once to turn off the pump. |
Are you using tanks? If no, |

On the display, is the tap icon green? | Press the tap icon once to activate the pump. |
Does the clean tank have water in it? | SIG: Fill the clean water tank |
Does the tank fill with water? | SIG: Force fill the clean water tank (LV) |
Is the van parked on a flat surface? (This can make the tank appear more full than it is) | Park on a flat surface |
Is the display free from faults? | SIG: Check the display for faults |
Can the shift be run via mains tap? | Proceed to Step 2 |
Step 2: Communicate next steps to volunteer |
Diagnostic complete, the issue cannot be resolved on shift. You will need to either - Continue shift at reduced capacity and focus on connection with friends
- Pack up and go home
